I have had the good fortune to live in many beautiful places. I grew up surrounded by lakes and snow in Minnesota and as an adult moved to the Bay Area, where I enjoyed the stunning landscapes of San Francisco and Carmel. But unlike Tony Bennett in his famous song, I didn’t “leave my heart in San Francisco.” Instead, I brought it with me to Twisp.
I fell in love with Twisp when I first came to the area several years ago. Over time, I found myself drawn to the empty lots along the beautiful Twisp River. I thought, “why not build an Inn on that empty land next to the Pub…a home for those who wish to visit this terrific area?”
Once I decided to go forward, everything came together magically. I discovered Twisp has many wonderful builders and craftspeople, allowing me to use local talent to build the Inn. I also took advantage of Twisp’s vibrant artist community to find locally designed decorative pieces for the Inn’s rooms and walls. I hope you enjoy their work as much as I do.
I feel so fortunate to have discovered this paradise called Twisp and I appreciate the opportunity to share it with you. Please relax, have fun, and enjoy.
