During our high season there is a 2 night minumum stay on the weekends. During some holidays there may be a two night minimum. If there is an orphan night, it can be booked without this requirement. Stays over 5 days may book with the front desk without this requirement.
If you wish to reserve more than 6 room nights in a row, you must book through the front desk. Stays of 6 or more nights will require a deposit of 25% at time of booking and may be refunded up to one month prior to stay with no penalty. Some exceptions can be made during slow season.
There are 3 specially appointed pet-friendly rooms for guests and their pets, Pet Friendly Room #1, #2 and Pet Suite #3. If you have booked a room other than one of these rooms and you have a pet, please call us to check the availability of one of these rooms. No other types of animals allowed. A “pet fee” of $25 per night per pet will be added to your bill upon arrival. Any extensive damage requiring extra housekeeping will incur charges as we see fit.
We require your credit card information to confirm your reservation.
Amounts are authorized on your credit card at check in and subsequently charged at check out.
Reservations of 5 nights or more may require a deposit.
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 3 days (72 hrs) prior to check in time (4:00 p.m.) of your arrival date for free. Reservations cancelled after 4:00 pm WITHIN 3 days of reservation date will be charged one full night at current rate. Cancellation must be done by telephone as we do not accept them via email.
Check in between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. (7:00 pm in low season).Check out by 11:00 a.m.
If you are going to check-in after hours please call us and we will arrange a key drop for you.
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee availability. An unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of one half day’s stay at current rate.
Items will be stored in a safe place for 30 days. The front desk will do their best to contact the guest who left the item behind. If an item needs to be shipped, there will be a $15 minimum charge. This covers the postage, handling and packaging cost.
Additional persons(beyond listed standard occupancy) 12 and over are $30 each. Additional breakfasts(Grab n Go or Buffet) are $15/each. Kids under 5 eat free for Breakfast Buffet.

Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay. By signing our agreement, guests take responsiblity for paying for anything that is broken, stolen or requires excessive cleaning We appreciate being informed of any damage that has occured during your stay.
